Rules

  1. Potential buyers to place bid by 5 p.m. on December 1st. Bidders will email secret bid to stop3009vulcanquarry@gmail.com anytime within the one week time frame.  Emails must include auction item name and number for item being bid on, the amount of the bid, and your contact information (email address/phone #/delivery address).  For the “Subject” line please use “Online Secret Auction”.  All bids will be time-stamped when emailed, first highest bidder or first “Buy It Now” bidder wins the prize!!  Please use bid increment amounts for any bids above the minimum bid (i.e. –  minimum bid is $100 and you want to place a higher bid, if increment for that item is $25 then bids can be $125, $150, etc…all the way up to “Buy it Now” Price).
  2. We will contact winner by email/phone on December 1st after 5pm deadline. We will provide billing/payment information and verify delivery address.  Payment time frame is 48 hours. All payments must be received via PayPal/Credit Card by December 3rd at 5 p.m.  If not received, we will notify next highest bidder.
  3. Delivery of items is scheduled for week of December 7th → 11th. We will deliver within 50 miles.  A copy of the bid sheet will be used as a receipt and given to winning bidder on delivery.

All proceeds will support legal counsel and experts needed for the continued fight against the proposed Vulcan quarry.

Preserve Our Hill Country Environment Foundation (DBA Stop 3009 Vulcan Quarry, Friends of Dry Comal Creek) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to preserve, protect, and restore the land, water, air, wildlife, unique features, and quality of life in the Texas Hill Country from the aggressive and insufficiently regulated expansion of the aggregate industry. Contributions to Preserve Our Hill Country Environment Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
